Katherine Jean Bolduan (also known professionally as Kate Bolduan) is an American broadcast journalist. Most well-known is her role as anchorperson for the CNN's At This Hour morning show. In the past, she was a co-anchor of the CNN on weekdays mornings New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan has been a part of CNN's award-winning coverage of the 2012 presidential election and in 2016. Her prior experience included working as an Washington DC based correspondent, covering both the US House and Senate. Bolduan was a Capitol Hill Unit member when she covered the congressional cycle, including events like the debates to increase the limit of federal credit or deliberations by the super committee. Bolduan worked as a correspondent for general assignments. She has covered reports such as Christmas Day 2009 bombing attempt as well as the Supreme Court's historic decision on Obamacare.
