Anneliese Louise van der Pol is an American singer and actress of Dutch descent and is the daughter of a Dutch native. Her most well-known work is her roles in the theatre as well as Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel and Raven's Home. To promote an episode of Disneymania in 2006, van der Pol recorded the Disney Classic Candle on the Water. A Change in Me the famous song from the Broadway show of Belle van der Pol musical soundtrack, was written by her due to the character she played in Belle van der Pol.
